The Candidate For The New Chief Justice Thinks Anwar Is Gay Or Bisexual

Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat believes Anwar is gay or bisexual

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad told reporters on Friday that the government is still awaiting approval from the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and the Conference of Rulers on Putrajaya’s proposed list for the new chief justice.

Among the names believed to have been submitted by the Judicial Appointments Commission include Federal Court judge, Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat.

Justice Tengku Maimun was one of the three Court of Appeal judges appointed to hear Putrajaya’s appeal to set aside Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s acquittal on a sodomy charge.

“She will be prejudiced as she believes that Anwar is homosexual,” said Karpal.

“She will be prejudiced as she believes that Anwar is homosexual,” said Karpal.

Anwar was acquitted of sodomy on a 2:1 majority and not on an unanimous ruling. It is said Justice Tengku Maimun was against Anwar’s acquittal and in the ruling the court said, “We find evidence to confirm that the appellants (Anwar and Sukma) were involved in homosexual activities and we are more inclined to believe that the alleged incident at Tivoli Villa did happen.”

In other words, the court said Anwar is guilty of sodomy and the new Chief Justice, if it is going to be Justice Tengku Maimun, believes Anwar is gay or bisexual.

Is that why Anwar has been going all over Malaysia to meet the Rulers? Is it to make sure the new Chief Justice is not going to be someone who believes Anwar is gay or bisexual? And is this why Anwar loves bi-elections?

Perlembagaan benarkan Agong singkir PM, kata peguam
